	South Bend Division - Chapter 7 100 East Wayne Street South Bend, IN 46601 Section 341 meetings are held on the fifth floor.
	South Bend Division - Chapter 13 112 Ironworks Avenue Mishawaka, IN 46544 Section 341 meetings are held in the 341 hearing room.
	Fort Wayne Division 1300 South Harrison Sreet Fort Wayne, IN 46802 Section 341 meetings are held in Room 1194 of the Federal Building.
	Hammond Division 5400 Federal Plaza Hammond, IN 46320 Section 341 meetings for chapter 13 cases are held at the office of the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee, Paul Chael. For all other chapters, section 341 meetings are held on the first floor of the Federal Building, which is located on the corner of Hohman Avenue and Douglas Street across from St. Margaret’s Hospital
	Hammond Division at Lafayette 230 North 4th Street Lafayette, IN 47901 Section 341 meetings are held in Room 1194 of the Federal Building.
