The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Indiana is seeking public comment concerning a proposed change to the court’s local rules. This change involves the following:

     B-9013-2 Service of Motions and Objections, to make service optional on a debtor represented by counsel where the rules do not otherwise mandate such service.
